Special assistance

Passengers with special needs should arrange 48 hours in advance with their airline their assistance to make sure they will be provided with the required assistance. 

Many airport facilities such as the parking, toilets, changing rooms, etc. are specially adapted to special needs passengers. 

To use the Changing Places Facility please contact to OCS Special Assistance desk. 

For drop off and pick up, you will need to possess the Blue Badge, which will let you to get 30 minutes free parking in Express Drop Off car park. Get the badge at the Customer Information Point.

You can have a 60-minute free internet connection with the Wi-Fi connection and also internet desks throughout the airport.

When at the check-in area, printing services are also available.

Travelling with children can be a little bit chaotic sometimes. Bristol Airport offers to families’ facilities specially designed for them and for to make their transit to the airport even more comfortable.
