Bristol Airport Terminal
Bristol Airport has a single terminal divided by three levels. Please, notice that Bristol Airport is a silent airport, which means there is no paging. For this reason, you should check the flight screens regularly.
Levels
Ground Level
Here passengers will find the Check-In and a separate area for Domestic and International Arrivals lounges. The Ground Level has Immigration and Passport Control, self-service bag drop and customs desks. Find also plenty of amenities such as toilets, passenger assistance, baby changing facilities, taxis and buses, water fountains, lost property and baggage services, smoking area, ATMs, foreign exchange, post box, bars and restaurants, etc.
First Level
This is the main Departures Floor. Find here Security Check, Fast Track Security and access to most boarding gates. Several services are available in this Floor: ATMs, smoking area, toilets, baby changing facilities, information centre, water fountains, charging station, shops and duty free, cafes, among others.
Mezzanine
In this Level, there are two boarding gates areas and a roof terrace. Find also shops, bars, restaurants, toilets, baby changing facilities, water fountains, charging station, Multi-Faith Area and ATMs.

AspirePlus Lounge: Main Terminal, inside Security. Services: Premium food, Snacks, Alcoholic drinks, Flight monitors, Newspapers, Magazines. Please note it is a non-smoking facility.
Aspire Lounge: Mezzanine level. Open from 04:00h to 20:00h. Services: Snacks, Alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, Flight monitors, Newspapers, Magazines, Internet terminals. Please note it is a non-smoking facility.
